My child paid £33.99 for Sky Sportsss

Hi. My 3 yo daughter managed to buy a sky sports month pass when I was at work and she was with my non english speaking mum. I have canceled the pass but I have still been charged a shocking £33.99 that I really need at this time of the year. I have created a parental pin and payment pin so she can’t do it again. I am a single mum who would never be interested to watch sports!!! So I would like to get a refund. We have never watched sports nor used the pass and will never use it. What is the best way to contact now tv customer service please? I have been looking everywhere to get some assistance. Thank you!

So you’ve definitely done the right thing with applying a PIN to your account.

 

As for refunds, there is a form you can fill out for "incorrect charge"

That being said, the below link will point you in the direction for Live chat. 

https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-submit-a-complaint

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box. 

Hopefully you get it sorted
