My bill

My bill 

Is not due until Friday the 18th yet I just went to change channel and it's saying oops it looks like you don't have a membership but the money is not due until the 18th of Feb not sure what to do

It's my sport channels that I am not receiving that the moment

I was try to switch from sky sports news to sky sports main event or sky cricket

Yes but is up for renewal on Friday the 18th it still won't let me access the main event or gold channel

Gold channel you need an entertainment membership.

 

Is it a sports month membership you have or is it a mobile membership?

No it's just all sport's channel's
