Hi,
I have issue on my account which I am not understanding (tested on two web browsers already: Firefox and Chrome and in both cases issue is the same).
I am trying update my payments details:
1. When I login to my account and select my payments - I see following URL for average 2 sec
- https://account.nowtv.com/payment-details
And then I am redirected to another page ???
https://watch.nowtv.com/setup/almostdone?returnUrl=&referrer=&partnerId=&voucherCode=
When I will click 'start watching' - I am redirected back to 'sign up' and so on.
I am not able to visit payment page at all.
Is there anyone who is having similar issues and if I am not allone how this is possible that redirects are workin this way - that one of the most importnat page (pament details) is redirecting to another page?
I am new in NowTV - how to contact this with Technical team - is OK just send this message here (to community?)
Please advice.

Looking at that URL suggests it thinks your account isn't fully setup. Just to check if you go to My Account > My Passes do you see your passes as expected (or alternately My Account > My Packages to see your package correctly). It's possible you've logged into a different account by mistake, or your browser is auto logging into a different one.
I think you're a broadband customer so I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call to change payment details and query the issue at the same time.
