Multiple payments

You have charged me 3 times and took almost all my money. 


I have been charged twice at 9.99 and charged 5.00 for the boost that I didn't want In first place and I want my money back. You have no right taking multiple payments like that.

I should have only paid 9.99 after my free trial.


Refund me immediately or ill report to my bank that this is fraudulent.

This is a customer to customer forum, saying “you” multiple times won’t have any effect whatsoever. 

So first step, change your password and ensure you force  a log out of all your devices.

Secondly put a payment PIN on your account.

Thirdly, make sure there are no duplicate accounts with your payment details.

Fourthly, make sure said memberships are cancelled


Then head onto live chat and explain the situation, just make sure to click “chat online”.
