Multiple membership charges

Hello 

In the past four weeks 
I've been charged multiple membership amounts. 

My actual membership is £17 per month 

But as well as that. I've been debited £20 £9.99 and £4.99 
Which are not relevant to my account 
How do i get those extra charges refunded and to ensure it doesn't happen again
