Moving home

I would like to confirm I have just called Now Broadband to inform them moving home and new address. Would any charge be applied? Do my service plan remain under the same contract period?

Did you not get informed of what will happen with your contract etc?

I think No and Yes respectively, but that’s not definitive, so follow the path @gavs82008 has defined.

In less than an hour, you should get it from the horse’s mouth 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
