Moving home

I joined now broad band super fiber with any time calls for 20£ per month . I will be moving to another home and I spoke to  them and did the request for moving . I got an email that my bill will be 35£ per month + 8 £ for calls .How does this happen ? What  should I do to return to normal price ?

Call the broadband team in the morning. Could be a random glitch on your account.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
