This is beyond a joke. so the chat service is now a bot that does not help you when you actually need help. have a month pass for movies that expires late January yet I cannot watch movies as it asks me to pay £11.99 despite an active pass. cannot add more vouchers as the website just spins on pleas wait and does nothing. either sort these issues out or start losing customers.
