Movies not working

This is beyond a joke. 
so the chat service is now a bot that does not help you when you actually need help. 
have a month pass for movies that expires late January yet I cannot watch movies as it asks me to pay £11.99 despite an active pass. 
cannot add more vouchers as the website just spins on pleas wait and does nothing.  
either sort these issues out or start losing customers.

Ignore the NowBot and contact Live Chat as described below.


But first check that you can see the Cinema pass on the same Signin session that you are trying to watch the movie on, under My Account there.


Thus armed, either way:-


Get in Touch (all the options, and the best place to start):-


On a screen with big buttons all around, you may find the link you need is under a tiny green arrow, so be vigilant.

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
