Move pass

Cancelled pass and offered at reduced rate for 4 months,which was excepted and confirmed. Has not been honoured and now without service until re subscribe at full price again.
Why?

@Anonymous User, did you keep a record of the offer ? If so go onto chat and they should be able to find it and apply it.

Just a thought, when you was offered the reduced price for a 4 months cinema pass as part of the retention deal by nowtv, did you get an email confirmation ?

 

What i would be inclined to do first, is to check all your emails for any correspondence from nowtv.

 

If you have more than one email address (then check them all) and if you do manage to find the confirmation email retention offer make sure the email address matches the email address that you logged into the nowtv website when you went to My Account > My Passes with your internet browser.
