Monthly payments.

When I first signed up with you, my monthly payment was (around) £22.50.  I've checked my bank account statement, and see that it is now in the high 30s.  I don't have the exact figure at the moment.  I was told, when I changed my address, that it would be the same as before.  Will you please look into this.

You never get any payment issues resolved on this forum as it is used by other customers with staff seldom posting on it. In fact any account related issues you are instantly directed to either Live chat for TV or calling the broadband team. 

What is your query about TV or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
