Monthly payments

My debit card is on the system and up to date.  My account says a payment of £50 was taken on the 19/12/22 and the next payment of £25 is due to be taken on 17/1/23.  Yesterday  I  received an unsolicited email purporting to come from NowTV saying I was in arrears and giving me a phone number to ring to make a payment.  I am concerned about scam emails and I can find no phone number on the Now website to call and query what is going on.  How can I get this resolved?

You can check the phone number you were given on sites like:-

https://who-called.co.uk/

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

You need to discuss this with the TV team directly, use the Chat online button near the top of the page here:
