Did you sign up to a free trial? If you did you will have automatically been charged at the end of that trial.
If not try getting in touch with a Now TV staff member.

There is no customer service number for TV passes, only broadband.
Try logging a fault using the form

Try googling “nowtv make a complaint”. The chat to advisor button seems to jump the queue.
