Money has been taken from my account and i did NOT want to renew my passes

I am trying to get hold of someone that can refund my most recent tv payments. Again money has been taken from my account and i didn't want to renew my passes. 

 

It is ridiculous that you cannot cancel from the mytv app on iPhone! 

 

Please can you contact me on my mobile asap to discuss how i get this money refunded. The money was taken today for both my entertainment pass and sports pass and i wanted to renew neither passes. 

 

Please get hold of me urgently.

I don’t have an iPhone, but I have just looked on my minuscule Moto G 1st Gen, and I am certainly offered the option to cancel there.

 

So were you expecting to do it from the app on your iPhone?

 

Instead, try it from the Safari browser, or Chrome, if you have it on there. Certainly, I can do it from my iPad, so I don’t think there is any iOS limitation on this.

 

But to sort the issue out as it stands, you need to talk to Live Chat:-

On a screen with big buttons all around, you may find the link you need is under a tiny green arrow, so be vigilant.

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem able to understand your issue, ask to be escalated to the next level of help.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
