April I moved my Now broadband to a different provider.
April 13th Now statement states £4-45 refund paid.
April 23rd still no refund on my card ?
anyone any idea ?

@Anonymous User When you changed supplier from Now, did you cancel your direct debit at that point?
Cancelling your direct debit before any refund has landed in your bank account means that any refund will get lost in the system (or more exactly returned to your old supplier as unpayable).

@Mark_Weinreb NOW don't use Direct Debits and the poster did refer to a card.
