Missing payments

Why do they take the tv payment off my registered card but fail to take the broadband one ? 
it’s the same account !!

I am assuming on your online account under My Payments that both the TV Membership and Broadband Membership card details are up to date.

Where under Payment Details on your account the TV Membership and Broadband Membership card details need to be added / updated separately.

Otherwise get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team.
