Just checking my account and I've got - £26.29 on my broadband account, how can this be? I've not had broadband for over a year now, just tv membership... Do I owe this money?

Just a thought here, but when you cancelled your broadband, did you keep your direct debit open for at least 6 weeks or did you cancel it straight away? If the latter, then that £26.29 is most likely a refund which can’t be paid because you cancelled the direct debit too soon.
If you still have your broadband documentation call the broadband team and discuss the issue with them.
