Membership

Hi, I cancelled all my memberships a couple off months ago.  But now are still taking money out my account every month. Can anyone help me on this please?

When you cancelled, did you get confirmation emails for ALL memberships? If you didn’t I hate to say the process wasn’t completed to cancel them.

@gavs82008   i've got the same problem but chatline keeps hanging and does not come live, i've cancelled directly with my bank to cancel and block them taking any money out since THERE IS NO chatline and it does not work...

Yes it does, has for me on Safari and Edge. 

The call centre is for broadband ONLY, so they won't deal with TV memberships. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
