Hi There

I am sorry to start my first post like this, but I have to say how disappointed I am with Nowtv.                          I have a subscription, and I have been charged twice for SKY Sports, unfortunately, I can not see any kind of sports.

What makes things worse is trying to contact NOWTV about this problem.                                                            I am not allowed to phone.                                                                                                                                                      I am asked to use live chat, but there is no link to access this.                                                                                     I try to complain, but none of the screens work.                                                                                                              I find it all very dissatisfying.                                                                                                                                            Can anyone help, please?

Sorry that you have had problems. If you go to the green Chat online button near the top of the page here an advisor should connect with you straightaway.

What did you get charged? As NOW offers a day membership and sports month membership at very different prices. 

Is it possible that somehow another account got created to make your situation even worse?

There is phone support, but for broadband customers only. If your billing for NOW is through BT then you'll be able to contact them. 

Otherwise it's through live chat using the method provided by @redchiz1 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
