Membership

I payed for a now membership 9.99 but it’s coming up that I don’t have one so I have just given this company money but can access any shows

What device are you trying to use?

Are you definitely logged in on the app? 
If you scroll to the bottom to see a row of options including "account" in here you should see the same login information for where you bought the membership.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
