Hi,
My son has bought the monthly sports membership without me knowing until I received the receipt and looked at my bank account.
If I cancel the membership without watching it, will I get a refund?
Or how do I go about getting a refund?

Best option is to set up a payment PIN.

Then head onto live chat, by clicking “chat online” which hopefully staff can help you with the cancellation and refund.

Hi,
I did have a payment pin but he guessed it as it was the same as my iPad 🙄 its now been changed on both to something he won’t get.
I’ve also tried the online chat but it’s just a chat bot 😩

For live chat you have to make sure you click “chat online”.
If you click “get help quicker” then this is the bot.
