I just paid 25 pounds for a sports month subscription and I can see that the payment has gone through - but I still cant stream.
Could you please start my Sports Month Membership immediately or refund the 25 pounds

If yes, what message do you get?
Also, when you check your membership details on your account, does it say you have a sports membership?

Hi @Mark_Weinreb - I get the message that there is no sports membership yet. But my payments page clearly says “last payment on 27 August”. Also I can still download the receipt from “your payments" page and my bank account has been charged

@Anonymous User Ok, this is often indicative of having more than one account. Which would mean you’ve bought the pass on one account, and are trying to watch on another. I’ try completely logging out on the device you’re trying to use, then logging in one you bought the pass on - even if it’s the same account.
