Membership cancelled

I’ve changed bank this month, which means that my monthly payment on the 11th got declined and now my membership for the sky sports pass has been cancelled. Is there any way I can keep this membership for the £20 a month that I’ve been paying for, rather than taking out a new membership at full price?

You could try NOW live chat to see if they would reinstate the £20 per month Sports offer.

 

Though somebody else on the forum had something similar a couple of weeks back for the same offer and live chat wasn't any help and couldn't add the £20/m Sports offer back on their account.
