Managing Devices

Hi,

When it shows you how many devices you are using could someone tell me what makes it log a device as officially being used? I ask this because it has two PCs down taking up slots but I only used these to login and look at billing stuff - I haven't watched any Now TV on them at all. Does simply logging in make it count as a device?

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User

Login into the NowTV website to check your account or browse to see stuff to view, shouldn't have any bearing on your devices you have registered on your account.

A device will only be added to your account if you start watching NowTV content on it and there are device slots available left on your list.

I have two tablets and a smartphone that i regularly use to post messages on the NowTV Forum or check my account details and none of them have been added to my registered device slots.

I don't use a PC or Mac so i am not sure if downloading the NowTV Player software has any bearing on this.
