My daughter won a sky sports pass for 3 months on the monopoly promotion at McDonald’s. I’ve redeemed it but I’m unable to watch sky sports on my phone or tablet. I’ve been on and deleted a device off the list but still telling me that I need to purchase a pass to watch it!

Go to My Account/Passes & Vouchers, and look at what Passes are shown.

Might the Pass be in the very top section, waiting there to be activated?

Or would this Pass by any chance appear as a Sky Sports Mobile Pass?

If so, you can only watch it on your phone, not your tablet, and you can only watch five of the 11 Sky Sports channels:-
