I have been trying to get into my account to find out about my call package. I believe I have broadband and calls (not "anytime" as I did). When I go to "Broadband and calls" page, it just says "Well that didn't go to plan" or something similar. I just want to know: Have I got the facility to ring on my landline during certain times of the day - without charge? I have tried several times recently to find out but just get the same message when I go into that page. I am using my PC to access my account. Does anyone else have this problem?

Try a different internet browser when accessing your account, where the information on what phone package your on is under the My Account > Broadband & Calls section.
If you are still getting the error with a different browser on your PC, then try something like your smartphone with Mobile internet data if you have it to check your NOW online account.

If that doesn't work and you only want to check the phone package you have i.e. Anytime calls, weekend and evening calls or pay has you go.
Then go into your online NOW account and click on Bills & Payments, then click on the Broadband bill, then there should be an option to view monthly reoccurring price and under there it should say the phone package you are on and price etc.
