Lost offer when moved home

I recently moved and was assured that my price would continue to be the same £22 per month.
This included £13 off the bill.
However this has not happened and I'm being charged the full £35 a month now.

What can I do? Not happy that's for sure.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
