Hi,
I registered with NowTV a last week using a different account and purchased an entertainment pass. I did not realise that the email address I had entered had a typo and I am currently unable to log in to the account. The incorrect email address is a taken username somewhere. COVID has disabled live chat so what would be the best way to proceed to cancel that entertainment pass as I do not want it to automatically renew every month. This post is being made from a new account.
(Sorry I know this is quite a convoluted problem)
