Livingston GBR

Why have you changed your card pmt name on my online banking app ? I contacted HSBC to report fraud and then had to get a new card they also started a dispute that i have now had to cancel. A heads up in the future would be best thing as im sure many people were worried by this. One final thing is there anyway i can contact you on a free number or e-mail to check if my pmt will be taken as it was due today but nothing has been attempted. I have updated your system with my new card so there should be no issue. Would appreciate a response thanks.

From what i have heard it was a blip with the NOW billing system when they updated their system.

I have also been told from NOW that future billing will be identified by NOW GBR rather than Livingston.

Oh right ive spoken to Now and they said they have been getting allot of calls regarding it. Hopefully it will be sorted this month as they advised me all my details are fine. I had a bit of a panic last month when i seen this random pmt thankfully its sorted now.
