Re: Live chat: immediate cancellation and a refund for previous 5 months and the upcoming payment

to whom it may concern,

 

I have tried to contact multiple times about the broadband not being very helpful (the wifi get disrupted multiple times a day and stuck) in the last 5 months. I am very ###### because this problem was not resolved therefore now I would to request for immediate cancellation and a refund of the previous months and stop future payment.
