So have now TV done away with live chat? I've been waiting for 3 weeks to get an engineer to contact me as I haven't been able to use my broadband, all the while they are still taking payments out of my account. Not paying for a service I'm not receiving and I want this rectified but cannot get onto live chat from the get in touch option as it's no longer there, any help appreciated
