Hi is anybody having issues with live chat?

I click it and enter what I want to talk about wait 5/10 mins but nothing happened just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

What page are you trying to access live chat from?

are you on desktop, mobile or tablet?

What browser are you using?

Finally what do you see when after you've entered the details and are waiting to chat?

I'm using my phone and it using a link of one of the post on here and a
link found on your website too but doesn't do anything

Also, do you have access to a laptop or desktop computer at all? you might have better luck on one of those.
