Now TV is not a scam, it however does have a very poor cancellation process. No option to delete your account either.
If you are needing help, use the following link to get in touch with Now TV staff. There is a number for customer services, but don't be fooled as this is for Broadband customers only. They will simply direct you to Live chat for TV passes.
