Hi I bought a sky sports week pass to watch liverpool vs manchester united last night but unfortunatel could not get it to load.I am with BT for bradband and have BT sports.I also have NowTV app on the television and on mymac air.What is the problem?

I have a now tv sports pass which I have activated using my mobile phone but when I try to watch sky sports on my tv it comes up with oops something went wrong.

I have activated my sky sports pass using my mobile phone but I can't watch it on my tv ad it comes up oops something went wrong.I can't cancel my pass as it had been activated .The only sky cancel I can watch is sky sports news.

What sort of pass is it? If it’s a mobile pass, you can only watch it on your phone, and not on your TV.
Do you have any other Passes, by any chance? These would give you access to Sky Sports News.
