Hi, I got help yesterday on how to cancel my subscription. I have had no joy for week's. This website site is purposely trying to make it hard for anyone to cancel. This is unfair. I want now tv to cancel my subscription and don't take any more money out of my account.

Unless your NOW TV subscription is through Apple or you've received a NOW TV promotional offer through Vodafone. The easiest way to cancel your NOW TV subscriptions is by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers are not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Log onto your NOW TV account via this forum using the same log-in details as your NOW TV playback device.
  • Then click on the grey coloured 'Canel' button which is located within each of the NOW TV packages you have subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports). You should see something like this: -

 

  • A new "We hate saying goodbye" web page will be displayed.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the web page.
  • Click on the purple coloured 'I don't want my contract free pass' button on the bottom right of the web page.
  • Follow the remainder of on-screen instructions/questionnaires...

 

And if you need to.... The easiest way contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

And just-so-everyone-knows: -

  • Your NOW TV subscription(s) will run for its full duration, even if it's cancelled after the first day.
  • Your NOW TV subscription(s) will 'roll on' automatically if it's not cancelled prior to any 'free trial', 'voucher pass' or 'monthly' subscription expiring!
  • While the NOW TV accounts system is attempting to collect payment(s) the grey coloured 'Canel' button will not be accessible.
  • While the NOW TV accounts system is attempting to collect payment(s) the 'Apply Voucher' button will not be accessible.
  • New NOW TV voucher code passes can be added within the last month of your current NOW TV services expiry date. The new pass will commence only after your existing pass expires. So you don't lose-out on any days.
  • Setting up a payment PIN on your NOW TV account is advised. As it will be prevent others from purchasing additional NOW TV services without your consent!

It's really easy to cancel your services with us.

 

Just follow the steps that @SeeMoreDigital has posted and follow the onscreen prompts.

 

If you get asked for credit/debit card details chances are you signed into the wrong account.

Whenever I try and do anything on my account. I am defaulted to a screen which asks me for my card details. I can never get pass this section unless I fill it in. I am so frustrated with this company and how it has made it so difficult to cancel my subscription. I have cancelled any future payments from my account.

That sounds to me that you have used an older inactive username where the bank card details are not up to date ?

 

Have you used any other NowTV usernames or Sky id previously, if so check them all.

Hi @Davjor4,

 

I agree with @schnapps. People having multiple NOW TV accounts appears the source of most customers problems such as this.

 

Ideally you should be using the same log-in name (not to be confused with your forum name) and password across all your NOW TV devices including this forum.

I never wanted movies in first place. I feel I have been robbed. I only wanted the tv subscription. Trying to speak to someone is mission impossible. I rang their phone line and they said I had to do it online through LIVE CHAT.
Load of rubbish. It is one big con. So unhappy. Cop out !!!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forum @KAZVIC,

 

NOW TV is a fully 'online service' which offers help to its customers via 'Live Chat', via 'email' or via 'this forum' (by forum members, along with a comprehensive range of Help Centre articles). And as such, there is no telephone number...

 

Access to 'Live Chat' can be found at the bottom of all the Help Centre articles via the 'Contact Us' button (which leads to the 'Live Chat' button). The idea being that after reading the 'Help Centre' article that fits your needs you should be able to resolve your issue yourself and only have to contact a NOW TV representative as a last resort.

Have a look at your My Account > My Bills page to see what the payments were for

and  if you didn't expect any of those have a word with live chat who can help you out
