What playback devices are you trying to watch your nowtv sports pass with ?

Please note that the YouView boxes doesn't support the nowtv sports pass.

Also, make sure that the 10 month sports pass is showing on your account by going to Passes & Vouchers on here.

Then double check your log in details on your playback devices.
