Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
Live chats not working, I tried on 2 separate devices and nothing happens, I rang a number but was told the call handler wasn't trained and I needed to use live chat.. I've cancelled my passes and was offered 3 months of movies for free but they are still taking money from my bank 😡😡😡😡
