Line number

New Account with NOW TV hub set up yesterday. Was told a new number would be needed as the old one was VOIP but nowhere in correspondence or account page on website is the new number displayed. Surely NOWTV don't set up a line without telling you what the number is!!! Can any =one help or advise please

Do you have a dial-tone? If yes, and you also have a mobile phone (or know someone who has), then call the mobile number and look at the caller-id. That’s your landline phone number.

There is also a rest number you can dial, which will read your number back to you. However, I’ve completely forgotten what it is. Maybe one of the other superusers will pop along and remind us what it is.
