Length of time for service reactivation with payment

Hi I have recently make a payment for my services to be activated what is the time frame for the services to be reactivated

Broadband or Streaming?

Streaming should be instant.

 

Broadband will be in accordance with whatever arrangements you have been informed of by the Broadband team.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
