Does anyone know when I will be transitioned from my legacy combo account, I’m told this is the reason I cannot receive now tv boost.

Chat is where I found out thatas a broadband customer I won’t get boost but now they have split the tv and broadband I should be able to access boost, just wondered if there were others in my situation who had already transitioned
