Left now TV due to bad service

My online account reported that my pass for the entertainment was not meant to renew until tomorrow but I started getting emails saying my payment has failed and it turns out you tried to take the payment 24 hours before you should have done. Contacted live chat and they kept me on there for close to 40 minutes as if I didn't have something better to do on this fine bank holiday Monday because of this all of my passes have been cancelled and I have now took my services to Netflix and Amazon Prime you've lost a customer due to terrible customer service and trying to take money before you even should have done.

I had made arrangements for my bank to have money in it on the correct date but the payment failed thankfully because there was no money in it today you certainly shouldn't be taking payments before they're even due it's disgusting.

I am going to email the sky ceo sometime today and tell him how NOW TV likes to treat their customers.
