Late payment

Hi I am late on my payment I won’t get paid until the 28 off November due to other bills I had to pay , I received a email stating that I will get eairly termination charges and be cancelled if I don’t pay in 10 days...I do not want this to happen i am just a bit low for cash this month , I understand my account is cut off and I am happy for that still to remain until I pay my payment on the 28th ov nov , I have tried to get in contact and can’t find another way and just looking for a bit off help to see if I can get this sorted thanks 😊

@Anonymous User is this for broadband or just tv? If just TV you can get vouchers in Tesco.

Hi it’s for the broadband I don’t get paid till 28 nov so I can’t pay it

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460

 

If not I would then recommend using the Live chat.

It’s a bit hard to call anyone my phones broke hence why am trying to go
through the internet witch is so dam hard av tried looking for that live
chat a email address something but naw everything in this life is so damn
