So recently, my WiFi has been on and off which has meant that I have been unable to canel my account. I am a student and I am struggling to get by as it is, I haven't used the passes for at least 2 weeks nor during the period in which I haven't paid it (roughly 24 hours). I simply got NowTV on the McDonalds passes. Anyone know where I can contact for help cause I don't know what to do.
