A staff told me I could stay on the same package with one year contract, but pay one pound more each month. I have agreed.
After the call, I read carefully on renewal email. NowTV would not charge me more if I did nothing on staying a rolling contract.
Is that right?! I had to pay more to stay on a new contract!
I am going to ring the renewal department tonight to complain about this.
The NowTV renewal reminder email was not very clear anyway.
