Hey everyone,
My previous landlord is asking for proof we've closed all our utilities accounts before they release our deposit, does anyone know how I can find proof that we're all paid up on the old house?

Would there be anything in your NOW online account under Manage Account > Broadband & Calls > Messages?
If not and there is nothing official showing on your NOW account, then maybe drop NOW an email asking for this information.

Broadband is rather different from other utilities in that it’s portable.
So the crucial thing here may be to show that the account, even if not closed, no longer serves the old address.
