My Landline has been ringing on some sort of loop.! since wednesday.! I live in a block of 9 flats, top floor. I didnt know my phone was doing this as i have been at work.! By way of an apologie I bought 5 bottles of wine costing £30 to say sorry to my good neighbours for the inconvience. Ground floor probably didnt hear any thing.! And I wouldnt give the time of day for Number 7.
I would like to be compensated for both Your service failure & also my financial costs regarding the aggreivating noise i must have caused my neighbours
