Landline calls..

Dear whoever,

I've just joined NOW TV and it says that all calls to the UK are free. I assume that the number to customer services at 03303 323 050 is not a problem but surely some numbers are exempt and if so which ones are they ?

Hi @Anonymous User 

My understanding is that if you are on the NOW Anytime Calls Package, then 01, 02 and 03 landline numbers are free if you keep the calls under one hour.

To be on the safe side, maybe drop NOW an email (using the address on the screen shot below) for an official answer.
