Firstly go to My Account > Manage Account > My Passes whilst logged in on here and fully cancel the Kids Pass to prevent it auto renewing each month.
Then whilst in My Account > Manage Account > My Details & Settings add a Payment Pin to your account to prevent this happening again in the future.
Then pop over to live chat and explain what's happened and ask for a refund.
