Kids Brought pass and boost accidently

My 2 year old son accidently brought an entertainment pass and the boost pass. I canceled as soon as I realised. (within 15 mins) can I get a refund as it won't be used.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Firstly go into your account on here and under My Account > Passes & Vouchers cancel both passes fully.

 

Then under My Account > Settings & Pins add a payment pin to your account to prevent this ever happening in the future.

 

Then jump over to live chat (use this link page below) and explain to them what's happened and ask for a refund for both passes.

Thank you I cancelled both as soon as I realised and have just put a pin on. Thank you for your help. The live chat isn't working though 😕

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Not sure if live chat closes early due to Covid-19 (even though it says below the green chat button 8am to Midnight).

 

I would try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it and if no luck, try again tomorrow after 8am.
