Keep receiving 'We still can’t take your payment' messages despite fact that payment has been taken

I have twice received email messages from NOW saying 'We still can’t take your payment' and asking me to update my payment details in order to keep my NOW Boost.

However, the payment details are up to date and I'm not aware of any issues with my card. I can also see that a payment for NOW Boost was taken successfully several days ago. 

What do I need to do to get this sorted out and to stop receiving these messages?

You need to speak with staff via live chat. By clicking "chat online" within the green box, make sure not to hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

It turns out that there is an ongoing incident where members are incorrectly receiving payment failure emails. These can be ignored.
